Thank you for your interest in supporting this community event. Volunteers play an important role in helping artists and visitors have a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the Art Crawl.

Volunteer Roles

Artist Check-In
• Greet artists as they arrive
• Share information about assigned spaces
• Distribute event materials
• Help artists get oriented in the building

Escort Artists to Spaces
• Walk artists to their designated areas
• Assist during move-in and setup
• Help ensure a smooth start to the event

Event Set-Up and Clean-Up Crew
• Set up tables, chairs, signage, and event materials
• Assist with organizing equipment and supplies
• Help with post-event clean-up and restoring the space

Greeters
• Welcome visitors as they arrive
• Provide directions, maps, and basic event information
• Answer questions and help guests navigate the Art Crawl

Event Support
• Assist artists and visitors during the event
• Help artists take short breaks when needed
• Support organizers with general event needs
• Assist with water and snack distribution

Parking Lot Attendant
• Help guide traffic and direct drivers to parking areas
• Provide clear and friendly parking instructions
• Support safe and efficient traffic flow

Volunteer Requirements

• Interest in art and community events
• Friendly, clear communication
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Comfort with light physical activity during setup and event hours
